وإن لم أتمكن من الوصول إلى ديدمونا، فسأجعله يغار حتى تذهب نار الغيرة عقله. إن تمكن ذلك التافه، رودريجو، من فعل ما أريده لتنفيذ خطتي، فسأتمكن من النيل من كاسيو؛ وسوف أذكره بالسوء لدى البربي. فهناك شعور آخر ينتابني بأن كاسيو قد خانني مع زوجتي أيضاً. سأجعل عطيل يشكرني، ويحبني، ويكافئني رغم أنه سيكون موضع السخرية طوال الوقت. لدي خطة محكمة، حتى إن كانت تفاصيلها لم تكتمل بعد؛ فلا أحد يستطيع أن يرى نهاية خطة شريرة، قبل أن توضع كلمة النهاية.

I’ve got a good plan, though I haven’t worked out the details yet. You can never see the end of an evil plan until the moment comes.
