7 TOWERS JABAL OMAR DEVELOPMENT, KSA

Jabal Omar development is $3.2 billion project that is currently being
developed in al Haram Al Makki , KSA. The project is being developed to
include 40 towers built on a land plot of 230,000 square meters and built
up area of more than 2 million square meters. EHAF is currently
responsible for the construction supervision works of the 7 Hotel Towers
which are Sofitel Hotel, Millennium Hotel and Best Western Hotel.
EHAF team has extensively coordinated with several concerned authorities
that include Traffic Authority, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense,
Ministry of Pilgrimage, Ministry of Health and Presidency of Meteorology
and Environment as different approvals and permits have to be regularly
issued to ensure the continuity of the works.
