The external facades of the building indicate the language of architecture that deals with
countries of warm and dry climate. Direct sunlight is broken along the facade, allowing
only indirect light in without any heat transfer. In addition to the use of different

Construction
The building relies on the idea of exposi ng the real construction elements.
Th us, the building is composed of fair faced Concrete structure and relies on the high
quality brick without any finishi ng plaster or painting. Two types of bricks w ere used
;first Mud brick : 6 x 12 x 24 for the housing units and away from this, everything else
is in white brick with dimensions 10 x 10 x 20 cm. Different formations are designed
as shown on the facades and perspectives. As for the roof the wood appears as a
construction material pergolas with different configurations.
