to the marine movement, and is considered the most important shipping
lane linking East and West, where through which ships pass by loaded with
goods, which makes the canal development one of the most important
strategic priorities of thestate within the development that is going on today.
The State has developed through its strategy for the development of the
Suez Canal a plan to implement The Valley of Technology which embraces
educational, industrial and administrative fields, in addition to companies
and innovationincubators . Following this trend is to provide new cities to
support technological thought in all aspects of life to ensure that future
generations get a fertile environment for innovation and scientific research
enrichment. And supports the technological thrust, the idea of the transit
that decreases the time of the movement of goods, and thus reduces the
costs. The idea depends on four transportation methods; road transport, rail
freight and rapid passenger train and shipping, all of which need to achieve
the principles of green architecture and the use of alternative energy to
preserve the environment from pollution and abundant effort, time and
costs.
