THE PILLARS OF THE PROJECT

The project focuses on two ideas: first, ” the concept of transit and
transition” of goods from Suez to Port Said, which decreases 15 days in
the trip for the east Asian shipsto Europe, and the second is;” the presence
ofL and Mark” on the El Temsah lake at the east of   Ismailia and is
proposed to be the Crystal Spark hotel planned to be built in Sheikh Zayed
and so to attract tourism and for expressing Egypt. THE PROJECT SITE:
The project site was selected to be located on the El Temsah lake east of
the city of Ismailia, because of its of distinctiveness since it lies between the
old Suez Canal and the new canal and east of Ismailia and will be integrated
with the new administrative capital, which is at the same visual axis for
the  comers from   the Ismailia road, so that the large hotel could be seen
from a distance as a major attractive landmark for the city.
