Mixec use building .. Cairo Ismaliya desert raod

The project is mixed use building located outside Cairo, nearby Cairo-
Ismailia desert road, at the lower floors retail spaces are located along side
with outdoor seating for the cafes and restaurants overlooking the plaza, as
the building rises, offices and clinics spaces occupies the rest of the floors
with a separate entrance for each can be accessed from the ground floor.
We targeted the design be simple yet iconic, giving the location of the
project which allows the project to be easily noticed from Cairo-Ismailia
desert road.
The project is scale with its linked two buildings will considered to be a
landmark from the area.
