Mivida project is implemented over an area of more than 3.8 million square
meters. It provides an innovative notion of residential life in Egypt through

Marasi is a tourism resort created over and area of 1.544 feddans in
Sidi   Abeld   Rahamn Bay and El Alamein. The project has seven districts

Emaar   Misr ‘ net profiles jumped from EGP 854.7 million in 2015 to EGP
1.68 billion in 2016; an increase by 98%.
Emmar   Misr’s revenues and returns went up by 23.8% to reach EGP 4
billion in 2016, compared with EGP 3.23 billion in 2015. The net sales of
Emmar   Misr stood EGP 8.4 billion in 2016, compared with EGP 8.6 billion
a year earlier, while the company handed over 935 housing units last year
against 820 units in 2015.
The financial result of Emaar   Misr reflects the strength of basic facts of the
Egyptian economic market. Accordingly, Emaar is planning to increase its
investments in Egypt in the coming period in light of several projects put up
for investors.
