Description
ROC is located in New Cairo directly overlooking the south ninety-street. It
consist of two basements, ground floor , six floors and roof.
The ground and first floors are dedicated as commercial areas with
indoor and outdoor sitting areas. And the ground floor for the entrances.
Starting from the second floor, the indoor spaces are utilized for offices. –
The lower basement (B2) consists of parking spaces, 2 was, Storage
rooms, lift station, admin station, Water Tank, pump rooms, machine room,
in addition to the vertical circulation elements (2 stairs, 3 elevators, service
elevator) and necessary lobby and corridor spaces.
?The upper basement (B 1) consists of parking spaces, allowing for a
total parking capacity in the project). Security room, a transformer
room .a generator room .an electric room, two service rooms, an
RMU room, a   changing room , an electric control room , an electric
room, a service room, , in addition to the vertical circulation elements
(2 stairs, elevator, service elevator) and necessary lobby and corridor
spaces.
?Ground floor level consists of an electric room , service rooms, 2 we
areas, handicapped toilet, Janitor room, MEP room and service areas
in addition to the vertical circulation elements (2 stairs, 3 elevators,
service elevator) and necessary lobby, corridor spaces and
