A business complex is a complex that is owned by independent managed
companies that provide large companies, professionals and small business
with offices. The aim of these offices is to accommodate companies’
representatives, conference rooms, support staff, office equipment and
other amenities. A business complex is a combination of both stakeholders
whether interdependent or interconnected and organizational structures.
The number of interconnections and their effect on business is the main
issue that affects the level of complexity of a business complex. Investors
from all around the world have the access to cross continents through a
special corridor, the Suez Canal. The Suez Canal plays a unique important
role in the trade and business of the whole world. For that remarkable
location of east Port Said, a business complex is yet needed to be
constructed there to help increase investments, national income and number
of employment rate. Location of the business complex will be in east Port
Said “north AIKantara”. A business complex in that area would contain
some architectural companies and offices, conferences, data archiving,
commutation center, call center, conference hall and a small scale expo
zone. Recreational functions and some sort of any other activities should be
addressed in order to create a good and healthy environment for workers,
employers, customers, investors and many other visitors from all around

ranking of Egypt in the “Global Competitive Ranking” which will result in
