Marassi, North Coast, Egypt
Marassi features an 18-hole golf course, a marina, spas, a town and
commercial center, and a number of public services. Strong focus was
devoted to the establishment of convention facilities and accommodation
amenities via eight major hotel establishments.
CG’s scope of work involved acquisition of governmental/ authorities
permits and approval, master plan, detailed design of several vilia types and
beach clubs as well as construction supervision.
Le Meridien – Cairo International Airport Hotel, Egypt
The hotel accommodates 349 guest rooms, 66 VIP rooms (Starwood
Club), 9 executive studio suites, 9 panoramic deluxe suites, presidential
suite and leisure facilities that include a heated swimming pool and a fitness
center, with an exquisite selection of dining venues varying from Oriental to
Mediterranean cuisines, in addition to a vivacious sports bar.
CG’s scope of work included project management, design review, tender
action, construction management and supervision.
