Zaha Hadid is one of the most important architects in the world. She is a
genius at the art of designing. In 2010, she was chosen as the fourth
World’s Most Powerful Woman, according to Times magazine’s ranking.
Hadid received many certificates of appreciation from the legends of
architecture after she made a name for herself in the world of architecture.
On March 31, 2016, Hadid died of a heart attack in a hospital in Miami,
USA. Hadid, who was born on October 31, 1950 in Baghdad, is the
daughter of thelraqi former finance minister Muhammad Hadid, who was
well-known for the facilitation of Iraq’s economy from 1958 to 1963.
Zaha studied in Baghdad schools until she completed high school, then she
had a BA in mathematics from the American University in Beirut in 1971.
After that, she decided to study architecture. In 1977, Zahareceived her
diploma from the Architectural Association in London. Hence, she worked
as an assistant professor the in Architecture Schooling 1987. She worked
regularly as a visiting professor in several universities in Europe and the
USA, including Harvard, Chicago, Hamburg, Ohio, Columbia, New York
and Yale. Hadid’s early architectural activities were in “Rem Koolhaas” and
“Elia Zenghelis” offices; the owners of “OMA” office. Afterwards, she
established her own office in 1978. Later on in 1994, Hadid was appointed
as a professor of Design at Harvard University(Post-graduate studies)and as
a visiting professor at Chicago’s School of Architecture
Hadid adopted a special architectural philosophy based on the relationships
between engineering, landscape and geology. Hadid’sglobal designs are
characterized by imagination and perfection. Among her famous works are
