Having expanded from its original mandate — residential developments —
Palm Hills Developments’ strategy now includes commercial and hospitality
developments.
As a result, Palm Hills currently has 1 8 major distinguished projects in
strategic locations nationwide.
Palm Hills launched many significant projects that evidence its
development phases, such as “The Village” development project in East
Cairo, right opposite to AUC New Cairo Campus, which was launched in
2006. Additionally, Palm Hills announced launching the project of Golf
Views District in Palm Hills October in 2007. The latter project coincided
with entering a partnership agreement by Palm Hills with Saudi Arabia for
purchasing land in Riyadh and Jeddah.
In 2009, Palm Hills Developments launched “Grow Young” affordable
luxury developments evident in Village Gardens Katamayea [VGK] and the
first phase of Palm Botanical a 7 million square meter residential
development on the Cairo- Alexandria Road. Moreover, Palm Hills
launched Hacienda White; the second destination on the North Coast, and
was the main sponsor of the world-renowned Wembley Cup in 2009
In 2010, Palm Hills Developments increased capital by EGP700 million
and acquired 52% of Macor for Securities Investment Company (S.A.E.),
in addition to signing a construction agreement with Orascom Construction
Industries (OCI), one of Egypt’s leading large-scale industrial and
infrastructure contractors.
Furthermore, Palm Hills increased capital by LE600 million to whopping
capital of LE 2.6 billion, in addition to pumping over LE 1 billion in
construction investment to expedite construction progress across projects
portfolio in 2013.
Moreover, Palm Hills launched Woodvilie Moving On Up; oak fully
finished villas, In 2014, Palm Hills launched Golf Views Zones A,B,D and
H [Townhomes and villas].
