better geographical location, Astana/Kazakhstan, in 1997 the capital was moved from
Almaty because of the high unemployment rate and the limited area, thus Astana was
chosen in the mid-north to create incentatives , Brasilia/ Brazil, in 1960 the capital was
moved from Rio de Janeiro because of the over population, thus Brasilia was chosen to
simulate internal development and away from coast, and Putrajaya Malaysia, in 2002
the capital was moved from Kuala Lumpur to Putrajaya to represent the administrative
capital while Kuala Lumpur remains the official capital, therefore moving capital is the

Reasons to think about a new capital: Cairo has amplified and slums spread, poverty
expanded, traffic confused, chaos increased and the beauty missed so life in Cairo has
become a daily penalty, from here we must create political capital and Cairo remains
the historical cultural capital with the need to choose the suitable site so as not to
repeat the tragedy of old Cairo, and so the main goals of the new capital are to achieve
the desire to live elsewhere can accommodate everyone to achieve benefits for future
generations,
