* 264 Nubian houses at Wadi Al Amal – Wadi   Karkar -Aswan Governorate
second Stage of constructing 1000 nubian house.
* In the field of utilities the Company is executing the raw water
conveyance pipelines from intake in Maadi district to New Cairo Water
Treatment Plan , in two sections, the First From intake till Autostrade Road
with capacity 4 million m3/day (4 pipelines , each 2600 mm . diameter), the
second ,From Autostrade Road to New Cairo Water Treatment Plant with
capacity 2 million m3/day (3 pipelines , each 2200 mm. diameter).
* The Company aswellopened a new horizon in the real estate investment
sector and executing a Residental Compound Shorouk Springs in Al Shrouk
New City , East of Cairo on a area of 150 Feddan comprising 165
standalone villa, 211 townhouse 41 building (each 328 appartment).
Examples of Recent Projects Awarded to the Company:
1- Al Khatatba Over Nile Bridge, part of 5 km from Regional Ring Road.
2- Ban Swif Extra-Dozed Over Nile Bridge in Upper Egypt
3- Northern and Southern Ferdan Bridge on Ismailiah-Port Said Highway.
