Q: Dees Egypt still need new constructional projects, and what is your
vision in this regard?
A: Yes, of course. Egypt needs such new projects because its population
number increases annually by 2.5 million soul. On the planning level,
however, Egypt needs to start thinking about moving outside the valley that
becomes unable to absorb more population. Normally, people live near the
sea and then move inside the country like what was happened in Brazil,
but, on the contrary, we want the Egyptian people to move outside towards
the coasts of Red Sea and Mediterranean; as the life will be more beautiful
there.
