Our great projects also included an invitation to take part in Nahdet el-
Emirat (Renaissance of Emirates) in Abu Dhabi, where we founded an
office and we were tasked with high schools’ projects there. We are still
building schools, whose number is about 50 ones, in the UAE as an
extension of this project so far. Such schools have significantly contributed
to the renaissance of education in Abu Dhabi.
Q: what about new projects carried out in Egypt recently?
A: We are rightly proud of taking part in the Grand Museum of Egypt
Project (GEM) and the next generations and many Egyptians will be proud
of this project too. It will be gone down in history that an Egyptian office
has contributed to building this historic tremendous project required for
Egypt on tourism level. This project is also related to high-speed means of
transportation such as metro stations, where the visitor can feel the
magnificence of Egypt and its great history. This project will be opened
through several phases starting from late 2016 until the opening of further
phases. Moreover, we have implemented the last phase of metro and about
to start carrying out the fourth line and finalize the third line of metro. We
are also considering the construction of the fifth and sixth lines of metro.
Furthermore, our current projects include the maintenance of railway
bridges. In fact, we know that the Egyptian railways are ranked second
following England’s and the Egyptian National Railways Authority is one of
the oldest railway authorities worldwide, but such rail – ways were
destructed due to the negligence of successive governments. The railways
