The design of the new Research Centre, in accord with the requirements of
contemporary architecture, addresses the issue of energy resources in line
with research that is increasingly oriented towards the use of technologies
that-reduce consumption and make production structures as energy-
independent as possible.
The project land is located between phase I and phase II in Rehab city
beside gate six and its total area is about 14,039.00 m2. The project
designed as a commercial area for Mega Anchor, 15 retail units and
administrative area for medical and offices spaces with total built up area
15,523 square meters.
Shopping mall together with mega stores are one of the biggest retail
centers of its kind in A1 Rehab City. The whole project is easily accessible
for customers from the city as well as from the neighboring compounds.
A shopping mall project was from the very beginning inspired with the most
famous and distinguishable character of al rehab. The materials we used –
stone and metal plates – are combination of tradition and modem
architecture. Moreover we tried to reflect the character of the place and the
atmosphere of Al Rehab city.
