different countries. With this the interactive conflict began between developing
countries which is seeking to benefit from the experiences of developed countries for
the development of their countries and the advanced countries which aimed at creating
job opportunities for its citizens and a market for their products, claiming the transfer
of their expertise and discoveries to the developing countries. If the phenomenon began
under the name of «Globalization Architecture» that it this architecture is one of the
globalization products and this title has many negative consequences, so it became
necessary to turn this title to the «Architecture of Globalization» to be more precise. It
is a completely different as it depends on that it passed the stage of product to become
the approach and the philosophy which is possible to lead those around it to the area
that has many of the pros and cons. This needs to be handled very carefully to avoid risk
while seizing opportunities, which call for a set of principles, resolutions and
orientations, namely that we need to develop a «manifesto» on how to deal with
architectural globalization and its tools.
