The chamber should hold a meeting each month at least and the deliberations are not valid unless half the member attended, otherwise the meeting should be postponed for two days at least and eight days at most. Decisions of the chamber are taken by the majority. Chamber’s resolutions are taken by the absolute majority and if votes were equal, the odds go to the party whose members include the president.

The chamber resolutions are void and inapplicable if they were made outside the location of the chamber or if it surpassed the limits of jurisdiction. The Minister of Trade shall announce the resolutions void within thirty days or the resolutions are deemed valid.

Minister of Trade and Industry may name a representative or more in the chamber whose mission is to observe the enforcement of laws and regulations and shall be invited for each meeting held in the chamber and his vote does not count in the deliberation of the chamber.        ‘ –

Ministries may name a representative or more to attend the meetings of the chamber to consider issues related to their ministries and their vote does not count in the deliberation of the chamber.
