• By the virtue of the Minister of Trade and Industry, each chamber may participate with other chambers to build and manage any business that generates revenue to the departments within the jurisdiction of the said chambers.
• Chambers of Commerce may form its general union to take care of the common interests of the chambers and this union should be erected by the resolution the.
• Membership in the room should not exceed four years and a member may be re-elected or re-hired after the end of the membership.
• If the seat of a member became vacant, his seat may be taken by a member who got the most votes in the last election. If this process was not facilitated, the chamber should choose one of the candidates who meet the condition of the membership after the approval of the Minister of Trade and Industry.
