Purpose of the Convention

• Establishment of a free trade area for the development of economic activity, increase trade between the four countries on the one hand, and between the countries and the EU on the other hand.

٠Increased economic integration between the four countries (specifically industrial integration) through the application of Pan Euro-Med Rules of Origin

• Industrial goods (materials and products) exchanged between the States to dismantle the system of customs duties, fees and other taxes, goods and deal with the origin and source of mutual States Parties among in the same way they treat national goods.
• Attract foreign direct investment FDI either European or global market thanks to Agadir Market which currently combines more than 120 million consumers.
