All goods originating from member states with a minimum (45%) of the value added. Customs were totally cancelled as of 31/10/2000 with the exception of some countries in variable degrees depending on each case. Facilitation of transit traffic procedures were organized and facilitate the movement of goods within the region and reduce costs by 25%.
