However, we have started renovation, starting from concrete phases, and
restored them rapidly and vigorously to become the most important hotels
worldwide in terms of their special locations. Moreover Cataract hotels are
important because their visitors have used to visit them every year as
evidenced by the number of VIP visitors; including presidents,
chairpersons, artists, actors, actresses and writers coming from all over the
world. In fact, these hotels occupy very high positions and have become
better than ever before thanks to our development works. Furthermore, our
great achievements are represented in our cooperation and works with
EAMAR, for which we provide very good services and it is satisfied with
our products.
Q: What are the most important projects accomplished abroad?
A: There are several high- cost projects such as Etihad Towers in the UAE
with AED 2.3 million, which is a multi- use project that includes a mall,
hotels and residential and administrative buildings. Additionally, we are
working on Jabal Al Kaaba Project, which is under construction, in Saud
Arabia. We are also carrying out two projects with EAMAR in Dubai and
Jeddah, in addition to power and desalination plants in the Gulf and Abu
Dhabi.
Our Company implemented, in its very beginning, big numbers of projects
in Abu Dhabi and the Gulf and contributed greatly to developing the UAE
in all fields. Afterwards, the Egyptian market started booming, thus we
opened a branch in Cairo in 2000, and since then, we have made great
progress in contracting field and occupied a good position among big
specialized companies thanks to our diverse activities.
