AkzoNobel has a very wide range of powder coatings that specially designed for the
architectural and construction industry. AkzoNobel was the first company to develop
this level of durability in a powder coating, and we have track record going back to
1991 on buildings across the world. No other company has anything like this
experience.
Our Interpon D2000 powder coatings are mainly used on aluminum and galvanized
steel, but can be used any-where those attractive, durable colors are required.
Available in a wide range of colors and effects, these powders meet the requirements
of global “super durable” standards such as AAM2604, and specific ranges have
approvals from Qualicoat and GSB (see below). Color ranges vary by region, and
bespoke colors can be supplied on request from five days, depending on quantity and
region. Very bright reds and yellows may not be possible. Local variants in this series
include interpon D2010, Interpon D2015 and Interpon D2525. Recent examples
include Park House in Oxford Street, London, Mariana 101 in Dubai., smart village in
Egypt.
