AL-AHRAM REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION KICKS OFF IN EGYPT
Al-Ahram Real Estate Exhibition kicked off in Cairo International
Convention & Exhibition Center (CICC) under the auspices of
ZiziniaElMostakbal Company and with the participation of several real
estate firms topped by MemaarAlMorshedy , Bedaya Real Estate, El- Alama
for Real Estate and other companies.
The Exhibition witnessed strong competition, as many real estate
developers and companies offered their different real estate units for varied
categories. Moreover, developers and companies provided tourist,
residential and real estate projects that reflect the development achieved in
Egypt, mainly in the areas of New Cairo, Ain   Sukhna and Northern Coast.
Furthermore, the real estate companies offered 30% discount on the total
prices of apartments with 10-year installments. The companies also offered
chalets, land ready to be built and apart-ments for middle-income and
limited-income young people.
Some exhibitors expressed their optimism about the future of the real estate
market, especially as the market’s indices have recovered and boomed
again. The exhibitors expected that the prices of real estate units will go up
25% by the end of 2016. The exhibitors stressed that the real estate market
is the favorite field for investment for Egyptians rather than the banking
sector after the profiles of their investments in real estate sector increased
by 100%. Accordingly, many Egyptians withdrew their money from the
banks in order to invest in the real estate field.
