Given his belief in his important role at the syndicate, Al-Nabarawy seeks
t improve the conditions of Egyptian engineers, as it has been clearlyo
evidenced by his significant decisions. For example, Al- Nabarawy has taken
a decision to establish a hospital for engineers. This hospital will be divided
into 4:* buildings named after 4 engineers: Hassaballah El Kafrawy , Aziz
Sedki , Mohamed Ibrahim Siddiq and Osman Ahmed Osman Although Al-
Nabarawy is wellknown for advocating Nasserism, his first decision at the
Egyptian Engineers Syndicate was to avoid practicing politics,
especially after ending the control of Muslim Brotherhood group, which
lasted for many years. Al- Nabarawy also seeks to enhance and increase
the effective role played by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate to serve the
State, particularly in the national projects such as Suez Canal. He also aims
to share and offer the visions and experience of the most important
engineers and consultants of the syndicate. Accordingly, the syndicate has
been preparing for presenting a comprehensive file to the Egyptian State on
a number of projects entitled “Egypt’s Vision of 2030”.
