Living the Incorporation of nature
Two factors were central to design from the outset:
The transparency of the building to light and to views, and the
incorporation of nature.

The main idea of this project is to explore the nature of the office
environment, developing the new ideas for its ecology. Central of this
concept is a reliance on nature systems of lighting and ventilation. Every
office should be day lighted and has opened windows. This strategy results
in energy consumption levels equivalent to half of conventional office
towers. The plan of the tower- the office floors- has a full- height central
atrium. Five- storey gardens spiral up around the atrium to become the
visual and social focus for village- like clusters of offices. These gardens
play an ecological role, bringing daylight and fresh air into the central
atrium, which acts as a natural ventilation chimney up the building for the
inward- facing offices. They are also places to relax during breaks, giving
richness and humanity to the workplace, and they bring transparency and
lightness to the building. The project also has a mall, a main large plaza,
and restaurants to be a source of attraction in this area. It also consists of a
large conference hall and a business center to be rented to offices and
companies.
هذه الحدائق تلعب دورا بيئيا، حيث إنها تساعد على جلب الإضاءة والهواء الطبيعيين إلى البهو
الرئيسي والذي يعمل كمدخنة طبيعية للهواء لكامل الأدوار الإدارية في البرج. وهذه الحدائق هي
أيضا أماكن للراحة من العمل، لإعطاء غنى وإنسانية لمكان العمل. وأيضا تكون سبب شفافية
وخفة ورشاقة المبنى. والمشروع يتكون أيضا من مجمع تجاري وساحة عامة كبيرة ومطاعم
ليكونوا مصدر للجذب لهذه المنطقة. ويتكون أيضا من قاعة مؤتمرات كبيرة ومركز أعمال
للاستخدام والتأجير.

شفافية المبنى للإضاءة والمنظر الاندماج في الطبيعة.
