Design Philosophy

The city of Sharm El-Sheikh has become an international city according to
its tourism rates which sends to us. From the planning side the city is such a
local of a coast city which linked directly by Sea, the city has grown
randomly and gradual because it’s one of the terroristic projects which built
there along the coast, and this ground of the city was not by a
comprehensive planning system or future master planning included kind of
regulator planning in order to grant the city organized growth in the nature.
So it was our vision very important in this project to find the heart of the
city or a development core in order to grow this city in the future.
