In light of Sabbour’s vision, the poor will be income sources instead of
being a burden on the State, in addition to putting an end to unemployment
problem gradually.
Eng. Sabbour believes that there are excellent efficient entities in the field of
urban planning in Egypt and they simply need organization and
cooperation to be able to carry out more than 90% of works and
enterprises without the participation of foreign parties. However, Sabbour
put the blame on the Egyptian law for paying no attention to engineering
consultations; as the engineering consultants are selected in Egypt in terms
of the cost not efficiency. Eng. Sabbour has called for improving and
promoting the profession and removing obstacles standing in the path of its
development to avoid depending upon the foreign engineering consolation
offices.
Eng. Sabbour is still the engineer of difficult missions with daring views in
the fields of economy, building and construction, while his marks remain
remarkable and significant in the most important institutions and projects in
Egypt and worldwide.
