our past.
The architecture office “al Gabaly architects” have a fantastic experience at
the local level specially in the architectural mixed- use projects or that
tourism, shopping, entertainment and residential tourism we saw this up
normal design in previous projects and now “al Gabaly Architecture” have
another type of tourist, entertainment, Trading projects but larger than it’s
previous projects it is “Porto Sharm”

So it was our vision very important in this project to find the heart of the
city or a development core in order to grow this city in the future.
Planning challenges
According to the configure of city as we talked it was necessary to create a
heart of the city of New dawn town for Sharm or in other words we have
to find an urban center capable of growing of the city and represents a its
core in the future to be the largest concentration representative of activities,
buildings, mixed-use which grant the city kind of dynamic to create an
environment based on Social communication between its residents.
There have been many planning challenges in this huge project, including:
*the importance of finding an active heart of the city of Sharm el-Sheikh
ensures its future growing.
