The Agricultural sustainable residential complex is the Sinai of the most
important areas in Egypt, given the important geographical importance as it
is considered as a link between Asia and Africa. Sinai contain humorous
important renewable energy resources such as the solar energy for high
temperatures which, as they contain a high wind energy speeds up to 7.2
km /h, so that this region was chosen for the work of the later proposed
project.
The master plan, which includes the work of ten projects, three projects
were a study of the scheme, including the housing complex project based
on the sustainable agriculture project and a sustainable energy plant
research center and a cultural center project.
The idea that the housing assembly on the use of sustainable energy
through wind project, solar project, and economically dependent on the
agriculture because it is considered that it is the economic basis for Egypt.
It is used sustainability externally through the use of windmills to supply the
city with electricity sufficient, either internal sustainability as it depends on
the sustainability elements using the solar energy, such as using pole solar
cells, and the use of recycling as they where divided garbage bins into five
parts, which is part of organic materials, plastics, papers waste, glass, metal
scraps and then transferred to factories to be recycled and used.
Sustainability is also used in sewage through the collection and recycling of
