About the client: A modern couple with three children.
The apartment is located on the 33rd floor of a block and has a terrace are of 180
square meters with stunning views of the river and Moscow.
Construction of the building lasted for a very long time, the customers had to wait. But
thanks to the delay, we could make changes in the design of the building and approve
them by the architects of this residential complex, so we used panoramic Amazing
instead of the walls with a standard window. Wide glass doorways open onto the terrace
allow for the urban landscape to penetrate the inner space of the rooms in the warm part
of the year, we also designed the canopy along the terrace. Features of this apartment –
its openness, lack of visual barriers to the exterior, empty space and lots of storage
space that we tried to make invisible so we desired to make a simple and functional
interior. But this seeming simplicity, based on a well-designed ergonomics and
attention to detail.
Inner space is functionally divided into three parts: tee adult’s bedroom, the baby unit
and the common space of the kitchen and living room. the kitchen is white, almost
sterile. A custom-made table in the living room has a 3 m long to accommodate many
friends and relatives of the hosts, who like to arrange home parties.
