?The NCOB is one of the premises located in New Cairo The Project
consists of new multilevel office building. Located in New Cairo on
18,908 square meters which includes.
?2 levels of basement for car parking located at two levels; -11.75 and –
12.25m, and 6 levels of office spaces above, in addition to roof level
a lower water tank compartment.
The lower basement (£32) consists of 136 parking spaces,   as main
finishing material to emphasize the contrast between the solid and
voids. Floor-by-floor Description The project consists of two
basement floors, ground floor and 6 floors, in addition to a roof.

First floor = 1456 m2
