fact each one of those aim at build the human being responsibility. The
civilizations and frustrations imposed a contradictory reality of the
possibilities, availabilities, opportunities, changes, and the challenges of the
necessity of decision making, which should be balanced between achieving
the short run requirements and long run choices
decisions and paths which are supposed to be based on planning and
scientific research in order to build a human being who should be different
to be able to face the accumulated, inherited and puzzling backwardness.
Thus, any project limits itself in the framework of “miracle and
achievement” and in the rush and lack of clarity of vision of the system
become stumbling blocks cannot even be considered a crutch based on it

responsibility and future studies and how they have been employing the
opportunity to achieve human development with sustainable development
in substance rather than title.
