using GIS taking into consideration different spatial resources and
constrains.
Using accumulative co-relation matrix between different activities and
Making a matrix library of quires to use it to allocate different activities for
different areas of interest taking into consideration the constrains and site
potentials.
Choosing the new cities location that its economic base depend on potential
and constrains of the chosen area.
