ELITE REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION..
HELD IN CAIRO FOR 1ST TIME WITH GULF PARTICIPATION
Elite Real Estate Exhibition, the largest Arab-Gulf exhibition, kicked off
in Cairo for the first time at Cairo international Convention & Exhibition
Center (CICC) during the period from 19 to 23 July, 2016. Many Egyptian
ministers took part in the exhibition topped by Prime Minister Sherif Ismail
and the ministers of housing, investment, planning, irrigation, antiquities,
industry and trade. Moreover several developers, businessmen and owners
of Egyptian real estate companies and more than 50 Gulf Companies
topped by Injazzat Real Estate Development Company, Maksab Project
Management, Borj   Holoul , Kuwait Projects Management, Al Mamlaka
Real Estate Company, Al Bustan Real Estate Co. and Kuwait-based Amwal
Real Estate Company participated in this event.
A conference was held on the sidelines of Elite Real Estate Exhibition to
discuss the most important opportunities and challenges that face the real
estate sector in Egypt. The conference also considered the ways and means
of real estate development and the role that can be played by the real estate
sector to support and improve Egyptian economy, which faces great
challenges in the current period.
Egyptian Housing, Minister Mostafa   Madbouly attended the opening
ceremony and met with a group of Arab investors and invited them to
pump more investments in the Egyptian real estate market.
Eskan Global Egypt, which is one of the largest organizers of exhibitions in
Kuwait, was organizing the Elite Real Estate Exhibition. Mahmoud   Afifi ,
Chairman of Eskan Global Egypt, said the Exhibition aimed to increase the
activity of the market and contribute to supporting the Egyptian economy
through marketing the available opportunities and shedding light on the
efforts and facilities offered by the State for Arab investors.
