ELITE REAL ESTATE EXHIBITION..
Afifi added that the Exhibition also aimed to stimulate the real estate
market, as this goal was clearly evidenced by the sale and purchase deals
concluded during the Exhibition’s activities.
Sheikha   Fatima Al-Sabbah , Chairwomen Eskan Global Group, pointed out
that Eskan continue in investing in Egypt in the coming eriod.
Dowedar , Managing Director of Zizinia ., explained that his company has
achieved many of its goals during the Exhibition, as Zizinia’s booth
witnessed a big turnout resulting in increase of sales.
Darwish   Hasanein, CEO of Saudi-Egyptain construction Company
(SECON), said the Elite real Estate Exhibition is one of the most important
exhibitions in which his company took part year. SECON booth had a big
turnout by customers and achieved good results regarding marketing of the
company’s projects prevented during the exhibition activities.
Hosam   Mostafa, Chairman of Egyptian Engineering Company (EEC), said
the company new sales during the Exhibition, especially project “Wahet El
Ryhan” in 6th of October City.
Ashraf   Yousry Al Sabbahi , General Manager of jazzat Real Estate
Development Company, said the company will announce its new project
the coming period for first time in the Egyptian market.
Al Bustan Real Estate Co. Chairman Youssef Al Najjar said the company
searched for investment opportunities during the activities of the Exhibition
and managed to sell and market some units for the public.
Borj   Holoul Chairman Amr Al Jammal revealed that his company intends to
consider and carry out some investment opportunities in the Egyptian
market with a value of about $70 million, in addition to other projects in the
European market.
