MAGHAWRY: we are studying founding residential project on 2000
acres in Borg Al-Arab.
In addition to owning 12 building in Down Town, It has the largest building
in it, it’s called “Al-lmobilia “, its space equals 25200m and it consists of
250 residential units and 40 stores. As well as ” Al-Shams TowersSheraton
Towers”, and ” Almontazah” in Al-Ma’moura, Alexandria.
Beside participating in the tourism reconstruction company which owns
Movenpick hotel, Al- Haram with a ratio up to 15%.
What about the company’s plan to construct a new project by sharing
in Borg- Al-Arab city?
We are currently studying the establishment of a new residential city in
Borg- Al-Arab city on an area of up to 2000 acres in partnership with the
people, by commercial, industrial and residential activities. The
construction will take 50% of the land’s area according to Urban
Communities Authority’s.
What about the big projects held in the 6th of October city?
The company has a huge project called ” Gardenia Al-Shams ” on total
area up to 120 acres in 6th of October city, in the clubs area where Al-said
and Engineers association clubs are, it’s a distinct area with up to one
billion pounds amount of investments. The project consists of 340
buildings, 80% has already been implemented.
What about marketing for the project during the current events?
We have no problems^ m marketing, and the project’s sales are very
regular, and the company doesn’t seek help from marketing agencies as it
depends on its well-known brand in the market.
