Sea House was designed for a client who wanted something different than a
conventional home. The clients were king to develop a house that would affect their
lives and create opportunity for a different lifestyle in a close contact ween outside and
inside.
site is located on north Obhour in Jeddah in a location that slopes down to a private
beach. Built as two Masses with “gap” that serves as both entrance and lets the light
flow into the building and make a wide sea view angle. This bates the framework for an
unconventional, unique villa organized with overlapping spaces, or “action areas”,
through the of the “free-section. The house is a stage for a modern life with freedom of
choice, undefined boundaries, continuity   ween the exterior to the interior, light and
darkness and a constant and intimate interaction with nature.

personality, DSC was asked to focus on ceiving, designing and developing a residence
that would embrace the outdoors as an important component while being private and
functional. The square meter, modern house, maximize every square meter of the site
intelligently during… bedrooms, …..bathrooms , a lap pool and great outdoor recreation
and entertainment area. Striving to achieve n plan living at its best, the lower floor
affords views directly out to the swimming pool while the courtyard provides a visual
connection between indoors and outdoors. The…..square meters landscape is a stunning
feature of the property staining low maintenance plants. Extensive light and space
epitomizes this exclusive villa in which modern and animalistic design blend
