The company developed Engineering Square (e2) Industrial Park over a
gross land area of 2 million m2 in 6th of October city, in addition to
Steigenberger – Al Dau Resort and Mena House Hotel Extension with a
total area of 600 m2.
Additionally, “Samcrete ” constructed the steel structure building and
administration building of Schweppes Factory with the total area of 1500
m2
“Samcrete ” currently has several ongoing projects, including Beni   Mazar –
El Menia Silo, Water Treatment Plant – New Cairo and Urban Ring Road
Sector 3 from Ismailia Road to Kaliobeya drain with the total length of
about 20,500 km.
“Samcrete” was awarded for several safety excellence awards for
accomplishing great number of hours of safe work without a lost workday
case.
These awards were granted during the new Kuwaiti diplomatic
headquarters project and the AUC project.
The company also received the Egyptian Federation certificate as a grade
“A” general contracting company.
