“Samcrete Engineers & Contractors” has carried out many prominent
projects that imprinted on the history of the Egyptian construction sector
and contracting. For example, The American University in New Cairo,
which is considered the largest construction project in Egypt in the last
decade. ” Samcrete ” completed the new headquarters of the Kuwaiti
Embassy in Egypt in one of greater Cairo’s posh streets, overlooking the
Nile on a total land area of 2,300 m2 . Pyramids Heights Business Park has
been designed as a modern business community and is located on a plateau
overlooking the Pyramids of Giza over 210,000 m2 of land. Dar El Fouad
Hospital project was carried out on an area of 42000 m2. Moreover, the
projects included also EGA Factory
In the fields of roads and bridges, “Samcrete ” constructed and developed El
Sokhna Highway (Cairo/ Sokhna Road) to span from 17 km to 46 km . The
projects included also Belbeis Regional Ring Road – Sector 5 with a total
length of about 27 km . The company implemented the construction of the
International Coastal Road, extending from Gamasa to Borolous with a total
length of 60 km. “Samcrete ” also constructed Borolous Bridge with 500 m
span connecting section five and six of the international north coastal road.
Furthermore, the company constructed Helana Bridge and Mahalet   Roah
Bridge in Gharbiya governorate with total length of 340 m and 210 m
respectively
“Samcrete” has carried out and developed several projects of important
facilities, including infrastructure works of Cairo International Airport T3 –
Service Buildings on an area of 600 thousand m2.
