With the participation of more than 9o exhibitors and thousands of visitors,
the activities of Cityscape Egypt 2016 Exhibition began in Cairo
international Convention Center. The world’s largest real estate meeting
was held in April 2016 amid the improvement of economy and good real
estate investment climate in Cairo that
attracts the investors.
During the four-day exhibition, there was a big increase in the volume of
businesses and major projects of the real estate market. Such an increase is
positively reflected in the growth of the State’s macroeconomics in terms of
projects offered in the markets, notablY the proposed new
capital of Egypt. Moreover, the number of visitors increased un precede
ntedly that matched the real estate projects offered during the exhibition, in
addition to the diversity that suited several categories of the society.
Therefore, there are expectations that the real estate sector can have a
qualitative activity.
Cityscape Exhibition was held in a very important timing this year after the
Central Bank of Egypt decided to devalue Egyptian pound to enhance the
trust in markets and attract foreign investments. The 2016 Exhibition has
achieved great success as a promising opportunity to get acquainted with all
new developments in the real estate world. Moreover, the Exhibition was
attended by many artists, including actresses Laila   Elwi,
Yousra and Samah Anwar. Additionally, several agreements and memos
have been signed by the leading real estate investment companies in Egypt.
These activities have been regarded as a real indication on the recovery of
the real estate sector to achieve sustainable development levels in the short
