center of many Egyptians who are looking for Egypt goal.
I will address in the following words the three most important messages
reached from the   results of the arbitration and the projects submitted in the
competition, and in the beginning it should be clear that the competition has
been divided into a number of (5) study areas where each contestant
chooses one, for the study, the thesis and the regions were as follows: First
is Port Said, second is Ismailia, third is Suez, forth is theRed Sea area
“from Halayib and Shalateen and even the Gulf of Suez”, fifth is the
interaction and the integration with the Sinai. As for arbitration where it has
been in an unconventional way based on the participation of everyone
effectively, the arbitration has been on three levels, the first belonging to
the Main Committee of arbitration and its (40%) of the total value, and the
second for the presence of experts, specialists and to them as well (40%)
and the third was the contestants themselves, where each group of them
will govern the rest of the groups, and was allocated to them (20%) of the
collective total.
