SODIC … LEADING FIRM IN URBAN COMMUNITES FIELD
Throughout more than 2}.years of continuous success and excellence,
Sixth of October Development and Investment Comp any (SODIC) has
managed to hold a privileged and leading position among major real estate
development companies. SODIC has also become one of the most
prominent real estate companies in the Egyptian market. SODIC has
milestone projects in real estate development field, including “SODIC
West”, which has a number of real estate projects that constitute an
integrated community; namely “Algeria”, “Beverly Hills”, “CASA”,
“Designopolis”, “The Strip”, and “Westown”.
SODIC undertakes the project of “SODIC Westown ” in order to meet the
growing demand on administrative, commercial and housing projects.
SODIC Westown has three phases, including “Courtyards” and the second
phase of “Forty West”, SODIC aslo intends to provide a new housing area,
to be built over the area of SODIC’s current administrative offices.
SODIC will also offers a new phase of “Eastown”, a housing apartment
blocks, in addition to “Villete Compound SODIC”, with has villas and

During the last quarter of 2016, SODIC signed an agreement to carry out a
project over an area of 2.75 million square meters in partnership with
Heliopolis for Housing & Development Co. it is scheduled that the project
will be completed within 10 years to have an integrated city, while the first
phase of the project is expected to be put up by the end of the first quarter
of 2017.
