SCG Scope of work includes:
• Detail design, tender documents and construction supervision for the all
MEP works.
Snow Park’s/Ski Slope MEP works.
• Design, construction management and supervision for66/22 KV substation
and the interconnection cables.
• Feasibility study, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and
construction supervision for District Cooling MEP works.
Nile Corniche towers
Mixed use tall building consists of luxury hotel, service apartments, office
building, podium for public functions. Overall built-up area is 240,000 m2
approximately.
Michael Graves is the project architect and OVE Arup is the principle
service consultants (structure and MEP). SHAKER is subcontracted by
OVE Arup to participate in the design process of the electromechanical
services of the project, beside being the local MEP engineer of record.
