TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE DESIGNED FOR USE WIIH RAPID RH 4.0 EX SENSORS
Wagner Meters, the world’s leading manufacturer of moisture meters, announced that a technology upgrade: related to measuring moisture in concrete will continue to be offered for free through tint 1.2015. This upgrade is specific to the, part of Wagner Meters’ award-winning Rapid RH 4.0 EX system.
“Quality customer service is central to our mission, and that’s why we’ve been offering this free Rapid RH Easy Reader upgrade,” says Jason Spangler, Division Manager-Flooring for Wagner Meters. “We want to alert our customers to the t that this free offer will end on June 1.”
The Easy Reader device features Touch-” use technology, which goes to work on contact with any Rapid RH 4.0 EX Smart Sensor. The Easy Reader provides fast, accurate readings of both relative humidity and temperature within concrete floors.
The technology upgrade, which relates to how the Rapid RH Easy Reader and Smart Sensor communicate, was first made available in June 2012. Although Wagner Meters has offered the upgrade for tree for quite some time, this free offer ends soon. If you own a Rapid RH Easy Reader, you’ll want to check the label to see if you qualify. An upgrade is needed if the label says “4.0.” You already own the latest version if it doesn’t say “4.0”.
You can obtain the free Easy Reader upgrade by calling Wagner Meters toll free at 1-800-634-9961. A representative will verify, that you qualify and then an upgraded reader will be sent to you. At that time, the representative will determine if the old reader needs to be returned to Wagner Meters.
