the cluster , the neighborhoods, the hara ! Meaning the collection of units
groped around an open space – another sahn . Traditionally, our cities were
designed along major axial streets ofwhich a number of haras sprung.
Thehara is where most of the authority of the state ended, and where the
authority of the people (neighbors) started. The neighbors in each harawere
responsible for the maintenance of their semi-public space. This system not
only gave cities a vibrant heterogeneous and look, but also enforced the
sense of belonging, and in turn the sense of acceptance of others. Our
proposed system integrates a genetic algorithmic search engine to find the
optimum placement of resedential units around a semi-public space. It is
proposed that as you chose the design of your units, you chose which units
you want to be close to this is a simple application of a common saying in
our country which states: chose your neighbor, before your house. The
fittest solution = min (compactness + intersections + distractions)

المقترحة حيث من السهل الاتصال بمركز الدولة عبر السويس والدلتا ومنطقة الوادي عبر خليج
السويس كما أن تحليل الموقع من النواحي المناخية سواء الرطوبة النسبية أ و سرعة الرياح
واتجاهاتها وأيضا دراسة التضاريس والبيئة الجغرافية والأنشطة القائمة.
تم تحديد مركز المدينة المقترحة لوجود ثلاث أسباب رئيسية السبب الأول في الجوانب المذكورة
للإمكانيات المتاحة بالموقع الثاني هو ترشيح هذا الموقع من خلال العديد من الباحثين حول هذا
الموق عالثالث هو أهمية الموقع كحلقة وصل بين مصر والمملكة العربية السعودية من خلال
جسر يربط   بين القرين في خليج العقبة وشمال المملكة وهو ما يشجع حركة النقل والبضائع بين
الدولتين.
