Read Sea Road (Sohag/ Safaga) :

An area of 200,000 acres was allocated to the upper\ Red sea company for investment and development to be used in investment projects. The project includes an integrated residential city on an area of 18 million meters square (4300 acres) and three dry ports in Assuit, Sohag and East of the Red sea at Qena’s junction in addition to seawater desalination station powered by solar or regular energy serving coastline.
