concepts offered as the product of the scientific research in this area and
the scope of the study, either from the discussion sessions or the
workshops held within the competition stages and in many of the provinces
of Egypt, where the community act as a specialist of the debate, thereby
achieving one of the pillars of community empowerment, and the method
of arbitration, which are allowed for the experts and the specialists the
opportunity to discuss the contestants and to evaluate their projects
Technical specialist, we have sought through the competition administration
created a state of the interaction within the society, and the methodology
which we have been striving to be submitted through the contest. The
competition was not a substitute for the project that the government is
managing, but that the results and the treatises that are proposed are
