The Smart City encourages the citizen to active his smartness and creativity in
providing new patterns, ideas, events, and concepts in citizen’s district or
neighborhood, and it is the city that is keen on involving the human from the start in
preparing schemes and perceptions of the built environment.
The Smart City cares about the individual space and the public mutual spaces that
formulate the individual and collective life in the City, and it is the City uses its
construction and architecture to let you raise your face off the smart mobile or digital
tablet.
